Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing orders providing pricing and delivery answering phones and responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. This position works closely with the production teams to meet the industrys needs through the CES network. The Customer Service Representative is expected to be a customer advocate and represent CES to our customers.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Process customers Purchase Orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely accurate and professional manner.
• Support the sales team to ensure customer quotes and orders are accurate and complete.
• Work closely with Shipping to coordinate proper shipping methods and required documents.
• Maintain and display a helpful and positive attitude towards new and existing customers and help promote the company.
• Maintain customer goodwill by responding quickly and effectively to customer inquiries issues and complaints.
• Attend regular customer service departmental meetings.
• Coordinate and manage in house follow-ups on pending quotations proposals and customer inquiries.
• Work with the production teams to provide delivery schedules and expedite material when necessary.
• Escalate new sales opportunities and critical customer issues to management.
• Responsible for actively ensuring the retention of the organizations customer base which includes promoting the organization to existing customers.
• Provide back-up support to other sales/customer service members in the performance of job duties as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
• 2 years experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Advanced MS Office skills particularly Excel.
• Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task prioritize and work well under pressure.
• Excellent organization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly motivated team player with a passion to succeed.
• Strong self-management skills
• High degree of energy initiative and integrity

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Pay Range: $ - $ per hour / annually

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.

Commission Eligible: This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.

Other Compensation: This position is eligible to earn other compensation in the form of XX as governed by applicable plan documents and policies.
