Job Summary
- Incoming inspection of pump components
- Audit plan preparation and performance monitoring of Green Channel items
- Updating status of items based on performance results in System.
- Raw material test plan preparation arranging testing and status monitoring.
- Material master updating Inspection plan assignment in SAP-QM for Quality management views. Initiating corrective / preventive actions on bought out parts at supplier end for non-conformances reported
- Conduct audits / inspection visits at suppliers for bought out items.
- Monitor improvement action. R.T films review and offer to end customer / Inspection agencies for approval.
- Offering inspection/ test for customer / TPI at supplier premises.
