About the role
The AI Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering AI-driven products that align with our companys strategic goals and market opportunities. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge business acumen and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision prioritize features and ensure successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for AI products aligning with business goals and market opportunities.
- Develop and manage a detailed AI product roadmap ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and alignment with company objectives.
- Prioritize AI product features and enhancements based on customer needs market research and business impact.
- Conduct thorough market research and gather user feedback to identify opportunities and refine product requirements.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies identifying opportunities for innovation within the product line.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in product management with at least 2 years focused on AI or machine learning products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies (including classic machine learning deep learning and large language models) their applications and limitations; demonstrated experience developing production-ready applications using some of these technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-driven products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to balance technical possibilities with market demands and business goals.
