Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Accounts Manager.

Report To: CFO Kamal Group.

Role Overview

Oversee financial operations including general ledger maintenance monthly closing financial reporting and compliance. Key duties include reconciling accounts and advising leadership on financial strategy

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements balance sheets and income statements.
General Ledger & Reconciliation: Manage GL entries sub-ledgers bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations tax laws and GAAP. Manage internal and external audits.
Operational Efficiency: Improve accounting processes internal controls and financial reporting accuracy.
Performing fiscal year-end close activities.

Customers/consultant/TRA etc.

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.

Experience:

ü At least 6-8 years of experience in a manufacturing industry or similar industrial environment (Steels manufacturing industry).

ü Skills of ERP systems Excel data etc.
