A growing specialty and emergency veterinary hospital is seeking a Veterinary Heart Care Specialistto join its collaborative and progressive clinical team. This opportunity allows you to provide advanced cardiac care in a modern well-equipped facility while working alongside experienced specialists and emergency clinicians.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage cardiovascular conditions in animal patients
Perform and interpret cardiac diagnostics including echocardiography and ECG
Develop individualized treatment plans for cardiac cases
Collaborate with specialists and emergency veterinarians to provide comprehensive patient care
Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnoses treatment options and prognosis
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Board-certified or residency-trained in veterinary cardiology
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in cardiology
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
