What Youll Do
Agency & Vendor Management
Own third-party marketing partner relationships end-to-end.
Source negotiate and manage scopes of work timelines and deliverables.
Hold agencies and contractors accountable to performance deadlines and quality standards.
Proactively address underperformance and drive optimization plans.
Campaign Execution & Alignment
Partner with Product Managers to build integrated marketing plans that drive awareness engagement and patient growth.
Translate strategy into clear creative briefs and actionable direction.
Review creative assets and ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.
Manage timelines approvals and cross-functional coordination.
Performance & ROI Ownership
Track KPIs and campaign performance across vendors.
Ensure measurable ROI tied directly to business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency reduce costs and increase impact.
Provide regular reporting and insights to marketing leadership.
Operational Excellence
Bring structure to workflows calendars and partner communications.
Improve processes to streamline execution across teams.
Maintain clear visibility into campaign status blockers and outcomes.
What You Bring
3 years of marketing experience (healthcare or high-growth environments preferred).
2 years managing agencies vendors or external marketing partners.
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
Experience developing creative briefs and overseeing campaign execution.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Comfortable holding people accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
A bias for action and performance.
