Job Summary
ICU-RN
ICU-RN 12 hour on theNIGHTshift variable schedule with anevery third weekendrotation and a holiday rotation.
Were hiring a ICU-RN to work at Fairview Clinic located in Wyoming Minnesota.
As a ICU-RN You play a vital part for the assessment planning delivery and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy procedure professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.
The ICU-RN Care for patients with many different diagnoses including but not limited to: sepsis overdoses withdrawals surgical patients needing a higher level of care. Our complex patients require continuous hemodynamic monitoring intense medication management ongoing critical thinking and excellent communication with team members and families. This is a faced-paced and highly technical medical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current MN RN Licensure in good standing
- One year previous ICU RN experience
- BLS certification from a healthcare providers
- ACLS within 6 months
License/Certification/
- BSN degree
- CCRN certification
