Job Description

What You Will Do:

Lead schedule and support the poolside food and beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Assist with pool service operations including food and drink service inventory tracking and opening/closing duties.
Resolve guest and operational concerns promptly and independently escalating as needed to management.
Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met by monitoring cleanliness and proper food handling.
Support team members as needed stepping into service roles to keep poolside hospitality flowing.

What We Are Looking For:

2 years of server experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory rolegives you the confidence to lead and support a fast-paced team.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)ensures compliance and responsible service.
Must meet state minimum age to serve alcoholrequired to supervise and support beverage service.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand and walk for entire shift and work outdoorscritical for success in this physically active outdoor role.
Flexible schedule availabilityincluding mornings evenings weekends and holidaysto align with guest demand and pool operations.
