The Master Data and Order-to-Cash Specialist plays a central role by acting as the link between the Master Data team the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team and the IT team. They ensure optimal data management and operational efficiency across cross-functional teams.

1. Data Management (Master Data Management)

• Collaborate with the Master Data team to ensure accurate and timely creation maintenance and updating of data in the relevant systems.

• Analyze cleanse and manipulate data to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.

• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies working closely with the relevant stakeholders.

• Support system upgrade testing and integration projects involving data management.

2. Order-to-Cash (O2C) Operations

• Collaborate with the O2C team in Marseille to optimize processes related to order management invoicing and cash collection.

• Act as the link between the O2C team and client teams in the Netherlands to ensure smooth communication and operations.

• Monitor and report on O2C performance indicators identifying areas for improvement.

• Help resolve customer questions and issues related to orders invoicing and payments.

3. Systems and Data Analysis

• Serve as a point of contact for the IT team and coordinate with the Master Data and O2C teams on any new customer request.

• Use tools and software to extract analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and reporting.

• Be comfortable working with various systems including ERP platforms data management tools and reporting software.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support the Master Data and O2C teams.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Build strong working relationships with internal teams in Marseille and external stakeholders in the Netherlands.

• Serve as a key point of contact for data-related questions and process improvement initiatives across teams.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align objectives share updates and address challenges.

Education and Experiences:

• Masters degree (or equivalent Bac4/5) in Business Administration Data Management Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in master data management Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes or a similar role.
• Proficiency with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL or equivalent).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and data management platforms.
• Good understanding of O2C processes including order management invoicing and collections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Integration

• Lead the implementation of the O2C system in Spain and the Netherland for a seamless customer experience

• Lead the integration of Italy Portugal and Next Pharma into the Alloga O2C framework ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and deliverables for the O2C integration.

• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met within budget and on schedule.

• Identify risks and issues related to the integration and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with the business units of different countries to understand their O2C requirements and challenges.

• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure system readiness data migration and technical support for O2C integration.

• Work closely with the Master Data Management Team to ensure accurate and compliant data handling across countries.

• Partner with the O2C Finance Team to align financial processes reporting and reconciliation.

• Engage with the Tax Department to understand and implement tax treatments and compliance requirements for each country.

• Work with Alloga countries and CBS to centralize functions and optimize way of working between countries and different services

Process Optimization and Reporting

• Analyze and document O2C processes across countries identifying opportunities for standardization and improvement.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the sponsor of the O2C project highlighting progress risks and key decisions.

• Ensure integration efforts align with Allogas overall strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the success of the O2C integration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all O2C-related inquiries and decisions during the integration process.

• Build strong relationships across departments and countries to foster collaboration and transparency.

Education and Experiences:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Finance or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably within O2C processes or supply chain integration.

• Experience managing multi-country projects and working with cross-functional teams.

• Strong knowledge of O2C processes including order management invoicing collections and reconciliation.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA or similar).

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle complex projects.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and optimize processes.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
