Role Overview

Based in a Primary Care Centre with care delivered both in clinic and in patients homes
MondayFriday 9am5pm- No weekends - No late nights
Working week negotiable for the right candidate
Nurse-led service offering strong clinical autonomy

Key Responsibilities

Wound care management (clinic and domiciliary)
Diabetes management
Incontinence assessment and management
Post-discharge and GP referral assessments

Requirements

NMBI registration in good standing (Decision Letters not accepted)
Minimum 1 year post-registration acute experience
Community experience desirable but not essential
Full driving licence and access to a car preferred (candidates living locally without driving may be considered)
Onsite training and orientation provided
