Quantity Surveyor North Dublin

Up to 65000 DOE 400M Residential Project

Join a leading Irish home builder delivering large-scale sustainable communities across Ireland. This role is based on a major 400M residential project in North Dublin offering strong long-term career progression and exposure to high-value developments.

Youll support the commercial delivery of the project working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and gaining hands-on experience across all key cost and contract functions in a high-performing project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Senior QS with subcontract management and payments
Prepare monthly valuations and cost reports
Monitor budgets variations and contracts
Support cost control across residential and RC frame works

Requirements:

35 years Quantity Surveying experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with Cubit CostX (or similar) Excel
