Join a leading Irish residential developer delivering large-scale sustainable communities across Ireland. This is a site-based role on a major 400M development comprising 1000 residential units in South Dublin offering long-term career progression and exposure to one of the most significant residential projects in the region.
Youll support the commercial delivery of the project working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and gaining hands-on experience across all key cost and contract functions in a high-performing project environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior QS with subcontract management and payments
- Prepare monthly valuations and cost reports
- Monitor budgets variations and contracts
- Support cost control across residential and RC frame works
Requirements:
- 35 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Cubit CostX (or similar) Excel
