AWS Partnerships Program Manager Global GTM Enablement (Financial Services)

The Role

Capco is seeking anAWSPartnerships Program Manager to operationalise and scale our globalAWSpartnership strategy. Sitting within our Global Partnerships & Alliances team this role focuses on go-to-market (GTM) execution co-sell enablement partner operations and performance tracking.

You will play a critical role in strengthening collaboration between Capco andAWSacross regions ensuring our Financial Services propositions are effectively enabled governed and translated into measurable pipeline growth.

What Youll Do

Execute and operationalise Capcos globalAWSpartnership and GTM strategy across regions
Coordinate jointAWSco-sell motions sales plays campaigns and client events
Enable sales and delivery teams withAWS-aligned playbooks assets and enablement materials
TrackAWS-sourced and influenced pipeline co-sell performance and partner scorecards
ManageAWSfunding incentives governance cadence and quarterly business reviews

What Were Looking For

57 years experience inAWSpartnerships alliances or ecosystem roles
Hands-on exposure to theAWSPartner Network andAWS-aligned programmes
Experience working in consulting technology or digital transformation environments
Strong project management organisational and communication skills
Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships in global matrixed environments

Bonus Points For

Exposure to Financial Services clients or large-scale transformation programmes
Familiarity withAWSservices relevant to Financial Services use cases (serverless integration data streaming analytics security compliance)
Understanding ofAWSco-sell tracking pipeline reporting and CRM systems
Experience supporting partnership governance and executive-level reporting
Experience managing partner funding programmes and incentive structures
