Are you an accomplished Executive Assistant seeking a role with genuine influence global exposure and the trust to operate as a true extension of an executive leader

We are looking for an exceptional EA to support the CEO of Global Wholesale & Specialty Insurance. This is a pivotal position within our organisation working at the heart of Everests global operations collaborating closely with the leadership team of a dynamic fastmoving business.

Based in our London office in the centre of The City this role offers the rare combination of traditional EA excellence broad business visibility and the freedom to bring your own style judgement and creativity to the work you do.

What youll be doing:

  • Providing highlevel executive support to the CEO ensuring his day runs seamlessly

  • Acting as a trusted partner - anticipating needs creating structure and enabling him to operate at peak effectiveness

  • Managing complex global schedules travel stakeholder relationships and confidential communications

  • Exercising strong business awareness and sound judgement when handling sensitive and highimpact information

  • Acting as an ambassador for the CEO in internal and external interactions

  • Supporting preparation for global meetings board-level engagement and strategic forums

  • Bringing ideas energy and personal initiative to streamline processes and elevate the impact of the office

  • Working closely with the Group CEOs office providing exposure and insight at the very highest organisational levels

What were looking for:

  • Proven experience supporting Csuite executives within the insurance or reinsurance sector or finance banking Global Institutions.

  • A highly polished emotionally intelligent professional who can build chemistry and trust quickly

  • Someone who enjoys the pace and challenge of a global environment and thrives under pressure

  • Exceptional communication skills with confidence interacting across cultures and seniority levels

  • A proactive problemsolver who sees around corners and takes ownership

  • Methodical organised and detaildriven yet creative expressive and comfortable adding your own artistic licence to how things are done

  • A natural relationshipbuilder with positive energy humour and the ability to make things happen

  • Someone who wants exposure challenge and the opportunity to expand their experience beyond the traditional EA remit
