What Were Looking For

We are hiring an Account Executive to drive revenue growth across European institutional clients. This role is suited to an investment professional with experience as a product strategist at a quantitative investment firm or a sales professional with experience selling signals data and AI/fintech solutions to institutional investors and related firms.

You will own the full sales cycle from early-stage client validation and prospecting through to closing whilst working directly with senior leadership on strategic accounts.

Location & Work Mode:

London UK / Northern Italy (Milan or Modena) - Hybrid

What Youll Be Doing

  • Manage the full sales cycle for institutional clients
  • Develop and close new business opportunities with asset managers wealth managers/private banks hedge funds and related firms
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  • Conduct product demos and commercial negotiations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with Marketing Product and Research teams to refine the go-to-market strategy
  • Contribute to pricing strategy deal structuring and market positioning

What You Need

5-10 years of experience in Institutional B2B sales preferably in:

  • Quantitative investing
  • Fintech
  • Signals/data / Alternative Data used by investors

Or:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a product strategy role within a quantitative investment management team/firm
  • Hands-on experience in explaining the investment approach to both technical and non-technical audiences

Common requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of institutional investors and financial markets
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1C2)
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-growing environment

Nice to Have

  • Background at firms operating in quantitative signals alternative data or AI-driven investment strategies.
  • Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders (PMs quants CIOs)
  • A well-established client network and demonstrated ability to originate deals from existing relationships.
