Job Summary

Were looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack developer to lead our technology vision and drive scalable growth. Youll own InEvents tech strategy lead engineering teams and build secure high-performance systems that power our products and services. This is a key leadership role with real influence over product direction and business outcomes.

What Youll Do

Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals and rapid scaling.
Lead and mentor engineering and technology teams fostering a culture of ownership innovation and continuous learning.
Drive digital transformation and improve product platform and process efficiency.
Design and oversee secure scalable system architecture and infrastructure.
Manage the tech budget and make smart cost-effective technology decisions.
Work closely with founders leadership and stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions.
Manage vendors cloud platforms and technology partners.
Ensure strong data security risk management and regulatory compliance.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
5 years in a senior technology leadership role (startup experience a plus).
Strong background in software development cloud platforms and system architecture.
Proven experience scaling products teams and infrastructure.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity data protection and best practices.
Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves when needed.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable working in a remote setting.
Fluent English and Portuguese Speaker.
