Your role
You will join a development program in the Oracle RODOD area covering technologies such as Siebel AIA OSM UIM. After training you will support 2nd and 3rd line teams by analyzing application issues and working with key telecom systems.
The CapgeminiDigital Customer Experience (DCX)helps global brands as well as public organizations tounderstandand implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following Customer-First approach to address both organization and customer needs.
The program includes training in Telco architecture SQL Linuxintegrationand Oracle RODOD tools. After onboarding you will work with E2E order processes applicationlogsand operational support for a major international telecom company.

Your tasks
Analysis of errors and tickets in Siebel OSM UIM AIA systems.
Monitoring and testing customer order processes.
Reviewing logs in Linux.
Supporting development and operations teams.
Working with salesorderservice activation processes.
Your profile
Communicative English (min. B2).
Basic SQL knowledge.
Basic Linux (terminallogs).
Basic programming skills in any language.
Analytical thinking and willingness to learn intensively.
Interest in telecomintegrationor enterprise systemsRODOD (Siebel / AIA / OSM / UIM)
