Job Summary

Jakville Inc Blue Swell Vacation Rentals in Panama City Beach FL is looking for one admin assist for the housekeeping department to join our 40 person strong team. We are located on 17633 Ashley Dr Ste B. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

MUST BE VERY EXPERIENCED ON A COMPUTER AND ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND COMPUTER PROGRAMS

Prepare the housekeeping schedule for cleaners
Ensure all cleans are scheduled
Coordinate the cleaners for the cleans
Work on the PMS system Escapia
Must be able to multi-task
Assist preparing the housekeeping payroll
Responsible for going out to properties to inspect the cleaners clean and ensure

they are following our cleaning guidelines when needed

Qualifications

Would prefer someone who has run a housekeeping department scheduling managing cleans but not required. If you are a sharp communicator and can work on a computer and very detailed oriented this would be for you. If you occasionally like to get out into the homes and condos inspecting to make sure the cleans are done correctly this job is for you.

Must be able to work on computer programs
Must be knowledgeable of a computer. we use MAC computers only not PC
Would like someone bilingual but not mandatory
Able to drive a car must have own transportation in case a company car is not available for inspecting
Must be over 25 to drive company car
Must be looking for a permanent steady full time job
Must be able to work weekend and days off are in week
Will pay according to experience
