Position Purpose:
Supervises resources and develop programs based on production capacity and material results of process and making the necessary adjustments to meet customers requirements.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety quality and production supervise employee work to ensure performance productivity and skill .
- Detect area needs .
- Lead improvement projects .
- Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
- Advanced English.
- Experience in project development at SBU Level.
- Experience in Decision making at Program Level.
- Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.
- Project Management.
- Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing ERP.
- People skills teamwork communication skills.
- New process line development.
