As Saturns first dedicated talent hire you will take full ownership of recruitment end-to-end. Reporting directly to the CEO youll build the infrastructure and rigorous processes needed to scale from 60 people to a high-performing global team. You will drive sourcing hiring manager enablement and employer branding across all functions.

What you will do:
Execute end-to-end recruitment for engineering product and commercial roles prioritizing high-quality direct sourcing over inbound or agency reliance.

Partner with leadership to define roles calibrate profiles and lead employer branding initiatives to attract elite talent in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate:
37 years of in-house talent acquisition experience within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
Proven track record of direct sourcing exceptional passive candidates across multiple functions specifically for fintech AI or B2B SaaS companies.
A builder mindset with the ability to create structured efficient processes without sacrificing speed or the high bar for talent.
