About the Opportunity
The role of the Product & Contracting Coordinator is to support the Contracting & Product Leader and Contracting Manager/Executive (where applicable) with administrative work on supplier management to ensure supplier information is up to date accurate & adhering to business standards. You will work closely with internal teams to support contract management product sourcing supplier relationships & cost savings.
About you
The Essentials:
- A bachelors degree or 1 years experience in travel or contracting.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
The Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Results Oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implement change when needed.
- High attention to details.
- Able to work under pressure and multitask ability to work outside office hours when required.
- Solution focused and great at problem solving.
- Able to work both independently and within a team to achieve results.
- Personally aligned with Discovas company purpose and values.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Discovas systems would be an advantage.
