Job Summary

Our client is a service-orientated organisation providing hygiene rental equipment office consumables deep cleaning and pest control services to various businesses and institutions across all industries including government medical recreational hospitality and corporate facilities throughout South Africa. The client is urgently recruiting for an experienced Pest Control Officer (PCO) to join their depot located in Port Elizabeth.

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is a service-orientated organisation providing hygiene rental equipment office consumables deep cleaning and pest control services to various businesses and institutions across all industries including government medical recreational hospitality and corporate facilities throughout South Africa.

The client is urgently recruiting for an experienced Pest Control Officer (PCO) to join their depot located in Port Elizabeth.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Pest Control Officer Certificate
  • Minimum 2 Year Pest Control Officer HACCP and structural fumigation
  • Valid drivers license
  • Responsibilities:
  • Work to company standards by completing tickets on time at all clients sites
  • Ensure the service and information is scanned and documented on the Pest Management System
  • Adhoc experience in fumigation blanket spraying termite treatment wasp removal etc
  • Provide a professional and comprehensive service in line with SOPs
  • Complete daily treatments reports and ensure IPM file is maintained and updated after each service
  • Obtain clients signature after service is completed
  • Document proofing and housekeeping requirements
  • Document all units missing and / or broken
  • Supervise and teach PCO assistants and Interns in line with SOP and clients scope of work and/or HACCP standards as required
  • Take care of company vehicle and equipment
  • Report all broken equipment on site and in use to deliver service
  • Advise office of problems with vehicle and/or repairs required
  • Build professional relationships with all stakeholders
  • Carry out all reasonable tasks other than what is stated above
