How you will contribute As Nurse Manager youll lead a high-performing team grounded in teamwork and effective communication. Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) youll mentor and support nursing staff while ensuring safe high-quality patient-centered care.
- Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care and nursing personnel on the unit.
- Consult with staff physicians and the Program Director regarding nursing practices and hospital policies.
- Ensure nursing staff compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in incident investigations and the preparation of related reports.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
- Implement and uphold Standards of Nursing Practice across all functions.
- Serve as the administrative representative in the absence of the Program Director.
- Demonstrates strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff performance resolve issues and foster team development. Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program; BSN preferred.
- Experience: Minimum two years of rehab nursing experience and two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- License: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred.
