Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee real estate projects from planning through completion. This role involves coordinating with internal teams contractors vendors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills real estate or construction knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan manage and execute real estate projects (residential commercial or mixed-use)
- Define project scope goals timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects contractors agents and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met
- Manage budgets track expenses and control costs
- Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with local regulations permits and safety standards
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management
- Oversee vendor selection contracts and performance
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate construction or property development
- Knowledge of project management principles tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with real estate processes contracts and regulations
- PMP certification or similar is a plus
