Learning Path ABA Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team serving children and families in the Grand Blanc area.
This position offers flexible scheduling with remote supervision and programming while initial behavioral assessments are conducted in person in Michigan.
We are seeking a BCBA who values ethical practice collaboration and helping children build meaningful life skills through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person initial behavioral assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide remote supervision for Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Analyze treatment data and adjust programming
- Provide caregiver training and collaboration
- Maintain clinical documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology or related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and clinical leadership skills
Work Model
