Job Summary

Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Appleton WI (onsite)
Contract Duration: 12 weeks
Work Hours: 6AM - 2:30PM
Total Weekly Hours: 40

LTC CNA - 8hr Days - Appleton WI

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40

Shift Requirements: 8 hr days
**all missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
Weekend: Every other
Holidays: As needed
Float Requirements: To all facilities
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Certifications: WI CNA AHA BLS Medication Administration Certification (required) **Must have current med pass cert in hand**
Minimum Experience: 2 years LTC experience & previous travel experience REQUIRED
Recent LTC facility experience REQUIRED
Charting Experience Required: EPIC Preferred
Required Skillset: Worked in LTC or Assisted Living
Community Based Retirement Facility
Patient ratios vary depending on CBRF or RCAC - 1:6-1:15
Scrub Colors: Any scrubs (no hats or hoodies. Scrub jackets are okay)

8hr unbillable orientation
Billing: Sunday - Saturday

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week except during holidays where unit is closed.
