Within a committed team that embodies the Audemars Piguet spirit your main mission will be to ensure operational excellence and elevate the client experience within our AP House in Thailand while leading and developing a team of more than 10 team members.
In this context you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to grow the client community and maximize commercial performance
- Driving the achievement of objectives and KPIs ensuring rigorous sales monitoring and performance follow-up
- Overseeing sales forecasts allocations and commercial planning
- Analyzing the local market and competitive landscape to adjust business actions accordingly
- Ensuring an exceptional and personalized client experience aligned with Audemars Piguets standards
- Supervising CRM accuracy and ensuring high-quality client data management
- Maintaining an elegant welcoming and brand-compliant AP House environment
- Inspiring leading and developing a team of more than 10 people
- Ensuring onboarding continuous training and capability development of all team members
- Managing operational excellence including scheduling stock accuracy procedures and compliance
- Overseeing administrative and financial processes including budgeting and cash management
- Collaborating closely with internal partners and contributing to local activations and AP initiatives
Qualifications :
- Minimum 8 years experience in a managerial role within luxury retail ideally in watchmaking or high-end hospitality
- Proven experience leading and developing teams of more than 10 people
- Strong leadership communication and inclusive team management skills
- High service orientation strong organizational abilities and comfort operating in a demanding environment
- Fluency in English and Thai is mandatory
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office CRM systems and POS tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset initiative and ability to embody Audemars Piguets values
