- Coordinate with overseas stores and the BD Department to collect organize distribute and archive franchise store setup information.
- Manage communication and coordination with overseas franchisees for pre-opening matters including design construction initial merchandising and opening event materials.
- Liaise with the Marketing Department on the production and delivery of promotional materials for new stores in preparation.
- Assist the Training Department in issuing nationwide training notices formulated by the Operations Department and provide timely feedback on registration status.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department on payments including site selection design engineering payment collection and support fees ensuring accurate financial reconciliation.
- Follow up with the Logistics Department to confirm material readiness delivery schedules and related tracking.
- Update and monitor warehouse rental progress for national distributors and provide necessary communication and guidance.
- Address and coordinate the resolution of franchisees concerns or complaints raised to various departments during the store preparation phase.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the leader

- Proficient in English as a working language; capable of guiding new store setup analyzing store layouts demonstrating strong operational knowledge handling emergencies and managing material coordination.
- Possess basic operational data analysis abilities such as calculating operating revenue and cost estimation.
- Strong planning adaptability problem-identification and problem-solving abilities.
