Job Summary

Purpose

This role supports the next phase of development of the firms global website following a technical update. The Website Advisor will be responsible for building updating and maintaining high-quality pages using Sitecore XM working from agreed content strategies templates and governance standards.

The role will focus on translating strategic direction into well-structured scalable and consistent pages across priority areas of the site ensuring a strong user experience brand alignment and operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

  • Build update and maintain pages using Sitecore XM
  • Create pages based on agreed templates page models and design systems
  • Ensure correct use of components metadata tagging and internal linking
  • Support ongoing optimisation of page structures and layouts
  • Ensure content meets brand tone-of-voice and accessibility standards
  • Carry out quality checks before publication
  • Maintain consistency across similar page types

Careers site focus

  • Own delivery of careers pages across multiple jurisdictions and languages
  • Support localisation and regional variations while maintaining global consistency
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand needs

Your experience

  • Strong hands-on experience using Sitecore XM
  • Proven experience building and managing pages in a large complex website
  • Experience working with content templates and component-based CMS models
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Comfortable working from defined strategies and frameworks
  • Experience in a professional services corporate or regulated environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content requests.

The Team

The Channel and Editorial team manages Linklaters channel communications ensuring timely effective and high-quality content reaches the firms internal and external audiences. The team is responsible for the optimisation of platforms development of multimedia materials and provision of analytics that inform firmwide communications strategy. By embedding best practice and operational rigour the team supports the firms narrative and priorities delivering engaging content and

driving measurable impact across all channels.
