Job Summary

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager position! This is a contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo NY (4 days per week onsite). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services no C2C.

Position Overview

This role supports project delivery by coordinating multiple small initiatives simultaneously. The position focuses on managing incoming requests coordinating with application and technology owners and ensuring requests are properly prepared and transferred to the packaging team. The role also supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitates communication across multiple teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Working under the direction of a senior Project Manager this position is responsible for managing project scope schedules and documentation while maintaining alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

What Youll Be Doing:

Manage multiple small projects under the direction of a senior Project Manager
Develop project plans forecasts and schedules to support project delivery
Gather and document project requirements constraints and assumptions using techniques such as planning sessions brainstorming and stakeholder discussions
Coordinate project tasks across application teams technology owners and the packaging team
Ensure requests and project inputs are properly documented and prepared before transferring work to the packaging team
Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Monitor project progress and communicate updates risks and issues to stakeholders
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to identify variances and implement corrective actions
Support larger project initiatives as assigned by senior leadership
Maintain project documentation including work breakdown structures project organization charts and communication plans
Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards policies and controls

What Youll Need to Have:

Customer Service skills
Software knowledge and proficiency with common computer applications and software tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field OR 4 years of experience in project management project analysis or project coordination
Strong communication and coordination skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple requests and mini-projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $40/hr
