Coordinate operational activities across the primary stages of RTF (Ready-to-Fill) product lines. Responsibilities include monitoring the accurate completion of logbooks records daily checklists and/or batch records. Coordinate personnel for cleaning and sanitization activities and lead the creation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions.

- Manage operational activities to achieve target productivity ensuring task completion with a proactive mindset.
- Lead the production team to meet daily output goals.
- Maintain and promote an orderly work environment to streamline operations and prevent safety or quality incidents.
- Participate in performance reviews and professional development initiatives.
- Define and enforce procedures for entry and exit of cleanroom facilities; report any anomalies to the RTF Manufacturing Manager.
- Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
- Verify the accurate and timely completion of all production records.
- Execute production activities ensuring the integrity of all processes according to established specifications.
- Apply the 5S system (Sort Set in order Shine Standardize Sustain) to all functions.
- Enforce the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) eliminate safety hazards maintain cleanliness manage waste segregation and report risks to personnel integrity
Requirements - Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position
- Expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices.
- Ability to interpret work instructions production orders and batch records.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cleanroom behavior access protocols and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems cleanroom standards and Equipment Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Extensive experience generating SOPs protocols and formal technical reports.
