Job Summary
What Youll Be Doing Day to Day
As a Care Professional youll help clients live safely comfortably and independently in their own homes:
- Personal Care: Assisting with washing dressing toileting and incontinence support.
- Medication Support: Helping clients manage their prescriptions safely.
- Meal Preparation: Assisting with cooking and nutrition.
- Practical Tasks: Shopping and light housekeeping (laundry tidying).
- Companionship: Providing vital emotional support and a friendly face.
- Care Planning: Following personalised plans designed to promote dignity and independence.
Qualifications :
