We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst for Operations team to analyze operational workflows derive actionable insights and support strategic decisionmaking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Power BI Superset SQL Python/R Advanced Excel and possess strong analytical and stakeholdercoordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Analytics & Insights
Perform in-depth data analysis to drive operational improvements and business decisions.
Track and analyze operational metrics
Identify trends patterns and insights from complex datasets and present concise recommendations.
Prepare Monthly Quarterly and Adhoc performance reports.
What Youll Bring:
Reporting & Dashboarding
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI Superset and other BI tools.
- Develop robust MIS reports ensuring accuracy consistency and timeliness.
- Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows.
Data Management & Wrangling
- Clean transform and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Ensure high data quality reliability and integrity.
- Work with relational databases using SQL to extract and manipulate data.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with Operations Product Technology and Business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements and provide clear insights.
- Communicate findings through visual storytelling and presentations.
Required Technical Skills
Core Analytics & Programming
- SQL: Querying extracting and manipulating data from relational databases.
- Python or R: Data cleaning transformation statistical analysis
- Common libraries: Pandas NumPy Matplotlib Seaborn etc.
Data Visualization
- Hands-on experience in Power BI Superset.
- Ability to build interactive dashboards and visual reports.
