Operations GX Intern Spain

As part of the Local Ops team you will be responsible for helping build and improve the Local execution in terms of courier experience. We are looking for someone to connect understand and push forward solutions to improve the pain points the riders face.

• Execute  administrative tasks to give answers to our couriers.
• Be the point of contact for our fleet leads team accompany them in the needs they could have.
• Follow up the processes we have in place for our fleets 
• Analyze daily and weekly operation metrics with a macro view of the long-term success of the city. Optimize delivery times and Courier earnings.

Qualifications :

• Excel/Google Sheets 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Analytical skills and the ability to be persuasive using details and facts 
• Results-oriented autonomous and efficient with a collaborative work style open to direction and a commitment to achieving goals 
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view  
• Excellent communication skills are a plus to be capable of talking with different types of people
