Global ERP Transformation 12-18 Month Contract
As part of an ambitious five-year strategic growth programme TOMRA Food is delivering a major global ERP transformation. Were looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead the people and adoption workstream across Europe the Americas and Asia-Pacific.
This is a hands-on delivery role not advisory. You will be embedded within the programme working closely with program and project management and senior stakeholders across finance manufacturing and sales to ensure new ERP-enabled processes are adopted and sustained.
This is a long-term freelance engagement on a high-profile business-critical transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the Change Management strategy for IFS Cloud / IFS Applications programmes.
- Conduct organisational impact assessments and define structured change communication and adoption plans
- Work in close coordination with system integrator-provided and local change management resources aligning approaches coordinating activities and ensuring a consistent integrated change effort across the programme.
- Collaborate with IFS programme leadership functional leads and business stakeholders globally.
- Drive user readiness and adoption through targeted change initiatives.
- Align closely with training data migration testing and deployment workstreams.
- Develop and execute communication plans stakeholder messaging and engagement activities.
- Identify resistance change risks and adoption challenges implementing mitigation strategies.
- Support go-live hypercare and postgo-live stabalisation activities.
- Define and track adoption metrics reporting on change effectiveness and business readiness.
Qualifications :
About You:
- Proven experience delivering change management on large-scale ERP programmes (IFS experience highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of ERP Cloud Applications environments.
- Experience supporting business transformation and process change.
- Hands-on delivery of change communication and adoption strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in global remote or hybrid project environments.
- Fluent in English
Desirable Experience:
- Direct experience with IFS Cloud roll-outs.
- Knowledge of structured change frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR).
- Exposure to training strategies user enablment or power user training models.
- Experience in multi-country or multi-entity ERP programmes.
- Background in manufacturing and/or service-driven organisations.
