Job Summary
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend intelligent automation projects from discovery and opportunity assessment through design implementation and scaleup.
- Conduct process mining and diagnostics to identify automation opportunities quantify business cases and prioritize use cases in an automation roadmap.
- Design intelligent automation solutions that combine RPA workflow/orchestration AI/ML GenAI and APIs to automate complex crossfunctional processes.
- Shape automation strategy with clients including target operating model governance CoE design and change management approach.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for RPA/AI solutions and work with delivery teams to build and deploy them.
- Define KPIs and value tracking mechanisms to measure impact (cost time quality risk) and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or related discipline
- 58 years experience in consulting or IT services with a strong focus on intelligent automation (RPA/AI) and/or process transformation.
- Handson experience with at least one leading RPA platform (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism Power Automate) and familiarity with AI/ML or GenAI capabilities integrated into automation solutions.
- Practical exposure to process mining or task mining tools and using insights to redesign and automate processes.
- Proven track record delivering AIled transformation or intelligent automation programs with clear business outcomes.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management facilitation of workshops and presenting automation strategies and roadmaps to senior business and IT leaders
- Solid understanding of automation governance risk and controls and best practices for scaling automation
