Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Proficiently handle purchases and transactions (Cash Card and Mobile Payments) and balancing the Register at the beginning and end of shifts
Restocking shelves and displays with new apparel neatly organizing and folding inventory and maintaining storage closet
Handle packaging and communications with customers regarding online orders
Be able to effectively communicate with customers about promotions and new arrivals and be an information source for visitors both in person and over the phone
Daily maintenance of the store such as basic dusting and cleaning of surfaces

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills both in person and through online/email correspondence
Proficiency in cash handling and general transaction processing
Willingness to assist with stocking cleaning and event setup as needed
