LMK Recruiting working with a growing company that is currently seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to join their entrepreneurial and dynamic team. The TikTok Shop Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the TikTok Shop channel in the US sitting at the intersection of e-commerce social commerce and brand building. This role owns the end-to-end TikTok Shop strategy including revenue growth campaign execution creator partnerships and platform optimization. You will report directly to the CMO and play a key role in scaling a high-growth revenue channel through data-driven decision-making and innovative social commerce strategies.
In addition to performance ownership this role will lead creator and affiliate partnerships oversee LIVE commerce initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing E-commerce and Operations to ensure seamless execution and strong commercial outcomes.
This is a hybrid role based in Seattle with in-office expectations Tuesday through Thursday. Candidates must be located within commuting distance of the office. Youll be part of a global fast-moving team working across time zones with the opportunity to shape and scale an emerging growth channel for a global brand.
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Strategy & Ownership
Own overall TikTok Shop strategy roadmap and growth plan aligned with broader DTC goals
Set revenue targets and drive channel performance
Manage the TikTok Shop P&L ensuring growth and profitability
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Develop launch and optimize TikTok Shop campaigns
Use performance data to improve ROI across campaigns
Monitor KPIs including GMV ROAS CAC and retention
Deliver regular performance reporting to leadership
Creator & Affiliate Partnerships
Build and scale relationships with TikTok creators affiliates and agency partners
Drive product awareness and conversions through creator-led content
LIVE Commerce & Promotions
Own LIVE commerce strategy including planning scripting and execution
Develop promotional strategies including coupons discounts bundles and seasonal activations
Support key moments such as product launches and brand campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing E-commerce and Operations teams to ensure execution alignment
Support integrated campaigns and broader brand initiatives
Market & Platform Insights
Monitor TikTok trends competitor activity and platform updates
Identify opportunities to improve performance and stay ahead of market shifts
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Haves
58 years of experience in e-commerce digital marketing or social commerce
Strong experience with performance-driven revenue-generating channels
Proven understanding of TikTok ecosystem and creator/affiliate marketing
Experience managing agency and external partners
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Nice-to-Haves
Direct TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred
Experience with LIVE commerce or social selling formats
Background in consumer brands or DTC businesses
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or affiliate networks
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $130000 $150000 depending on experience and qualifications
Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus
