About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedProject Managerto join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for the planning coordination budgeting and execution of construction and maintenance projects. You will play a key role in the conceptual development scheduling and successful implementation of projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project activities with Superintendents Foremen and Journeymen.
  • Establish project objectives policies and performance standards.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients contractors and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage project budgets schedules and financial reporting.
  • Interpret construction drawings and contract terms for all stakeholders.
  • Oversee subcontractor RFPs proposals and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety plans and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project forecasts cost tracking and WIP statistics.
  • Support business development through client relationship management.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings P&IDs codes and standards.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office scheduling software and project accounting tools (COINS preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions construction sites and loud environments.
  • Must be able to climb kneel and perform physical tasks as needed. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)
