This position reports to:
Quality ManagerIn this role you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system including conducting audits establishing controls training on tools and methodologies. Each day you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the success of ABBs Busway Business in Selmer TN.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Reporting quality issues data ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.
- Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.
- Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials products systems and processes.
- Training local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management supporting implementation and promoting opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications for the role
- Require at least 2 plus years manufacturing experience.
- Previous Busway Experience would be preferred.
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Office is required.
