Liderear proyectos de mejora y estandarización de proceso a nivel regional.
Analizar y optimizarCOGS costos logísticos y eficiencia de cargas optimizar rutas y medios de transporte internacional.
Asegurar cumplimiento aduanero y tratados internacionales (DUTIES certificados de origen regulaciones locales).
Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo.
Ser el punto de contacto conGlobal Insurance Program.
Liderar equipos en LATAM y evaluar desempeño de proveedores (3PL aduanas navieras).
Supervisar operaciones de refacciones y KPIs.
