Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
-
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.

Support documentation for onboarding and internal HR processes.

Organize and manage HR files and ensure proper record keeping.
Employee Engagement Support
HR Operations Support
-
Assist with preparation of HR reports trackers and administrative documentation.
-
Support HR with day-to-day operational tasks and coordination with different departments.
-
Ensure HR documents and processes follow company policies and procedures.
General Administrative Support
-
Assist in preparing letters forms and internal documentation.
-
Support data entry and updating HR trackers.
-
Provide general administrative support to the HR team when required.
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Business Administration Psychology or related fields.
-
Good communication skills in English and Malay.
-
Organized proactive and detail-oriented.
-
Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
