We are looking for a Business Development Manager AI Solutions to drive adoption of our AI training programs AI automation solutions and GenAI recruitment platforms.
This role focuses on consultative solution selling working with SMEs and growing companies to identify opportunities where AI can improve hiring productivity and operational efficiency.
You will play a key role in helping organizations understand how Generative AI RAG solutions and AI automation can transform the way they work.
What Youll Do
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SMEs and growing enterprises
- Engage business leaders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for AI adoption
- Promote Oxydatas AI training programs AI automation services and GenAI recruitment solutions
- Conduct discovery discussions to identify areas where AI can improve hiring productivity and workflows
- Present and demonstrate AI-powered solutions to HR leaders founders and operations teams
Solution Selling
- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
- Work closely with internal technical teams to propose suitable AI implementations
- Explain AI concepts such as Generative AI RAG knowledge assistants and AI workflow automation to business stakeholders
- Deliver compelling solution presentations and product demonstrations
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and key decision-makers
- Provide strategic insights on AI adoption recruitment innovation and automation trends
- Maintain strong engagement throughout the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
Market Development
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI HR technology and digital transformation
- Attend industry events HR forums and technology meetups to build pipeline and brand visibility
- Identify new market opportunities for AI adoption across different industries
What You Bring
Must-have
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing HR IT or a related field
- 36 years of B2B sales experience in one or more of the following:
- Recruitment services or staffing
- HRTech platforms
- SaaS or technology solutions
- IT services or digital solutions
- Strong consultative selling and business development skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to engage senior business stakeholders and identify business needs
- Highly driven proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens PR or RP holders with a valid work visa
Nice-to-have
- Experience selling HRTech SaaS or digital transformation solutions
- Exposure to AI tools automation platforms or data-driven solutions
