My client is expanding its maintenance team. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to take charge of a residential cluster across London.

- Role: Electrician (Residential Maintenance)
- Salary: 45800 per annum
- Location: London (Hybrid Work Model)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Benefits: 28 days paid holiday per year
The Role
You will be responsible for the safety compliance and efficiency of the electrical systems within a specific portfolio of homes.
Unlike traditional field roles our hybrid model offers a modern approach to trade work blending hands-on site maintenance with the flexibility to manage your reporting and scheduling effectively.
What We Need From You
- Proven Track Record: At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience (preferably in residential maintenance).
- Technical Expertise: Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to UK electrical safety standards.
- Immediate Availability: We are looking for someone to hit the ground running ASAP.
