Job Summary
W Florence is looking for a Commis Minibar to join our Food & Beverage team.
At W Hotels we believe in creating memorable experiences for our guests through style energy and exceptional service. As a Commis Minibar you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless in-room experience through the careful preparation replenishment and presentation of minibar amenities.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish and maintain minibar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the F&B team for replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness organization and hygiene standards
- Ensure minibar products are well-presented and properly stored
- Provide support to the wider Food & Beverage team when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and guest-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of English
