Role Detail

Step into the world of corporate hospitality at KWMs Sydney office in the One Farrer building. Our client floor is the centre of activity and were looking for a polished servicedriven hospitality professional to join our dynamic team.

In this full-time permanent role youll be the welcoming face of our hospitality service - setting the tone from the moment clients arrive and ensuring every boardroom meeting and event runs seamlessly. With your customerfirst mindset and passion for exceptional service youll help us deliver memorable client experiences every day.

Youll work Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 7:30am and 6:30pm with occasional flexibility for early morning or evening events.

Key duties will include:

  • Providing outstanding front of house food and beverage service including coffee service to internal and external clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Preparing setting up and packing down meeting rooms for a range of events such as VIP boardroom lunches breakfasts morning/afternoon teas cocktail functions and dinners
  • Providing overflow support to the internal café team
  • Assisting back of house with tasks such as sandwich preparation washing up and restocking
  • Offering reception relief as required
  • Completing ad hoc tasks at the direction of the Guest Services Manager or Head Chef

About You

  • Demonstrated front of house waiting experience in a similar environment (such as boardrooms conference venues high-end hotels corporate client floors)
  • Excellent client service skills demonstrating professionalism and courtesy and all times
  • General food and wine knowledge as well as knowledge of silver service
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office software
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Ability to work both unsupervised and as a collaborative team member
  • Other hospitality accreditations highly regarded
