Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manufacturing Architect to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing solutioning and optimizing environments and platforms that support the GF fab operations. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and platforms enterprise IT architecture and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize scalable IT architectures tailored for manufacturing environments ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing R&D and IT to assess current systems and identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.
Lead and collaborate with other IT Architects on design and optimization of localized MES (SiView Promise) and other production manufacturing technologies keeping integration into the global IT landscape.
Ensure system interoperability data integrity and real-time data flow across manufacturing platforms.
Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g. IoT AI automation) for applicability within the manufacturing domain and propose innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs workflows and system configurations.
Provide technical guidance mentorship and training to IT Architecture teams regarding new systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory cybersecurity and data privacy standards applicable to manufacturing IT systems.
Support troubleshooting and problem resolution for critical manufacturing IT systems.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience (7 years) in IT architecture preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes MES (SiView Promise) ERP systems and industrial automation technologies.
Experience with cloud computing platforms data analytics and cybersecurity in manufacturing settings.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications in IT architecture manufacturing systems or related areas are a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage.
Must be based in Singapore or willing to relocate.
