Job Description Summary
Responsible for coordinating resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers sites across APAC. Ensure timely deployment of field engineers according to customer requirements. Support the Resource Manager in planning and scheduling resource needs while guiding dispatch processes and ensuring compliance with company standards. Collaborate closely with PM/SAM/Sales to align resource allocation with business priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills effective communication and the ability to lead by example in a highly dynamic environment.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and allocate resources to requested cases by work order.
Support dispatch process improvements and ensure smooth execution.
Review case specifications and communicate requirements to extended execution teams.
Monitor team utilization and assist the Resource Manager in assigning jobs effectively.
Collaborate with peers across regions to address resource gaps and optimize utilization.
Ensure field engineers comply with EHS standards company policies and PPE requirements.
Support training initiatives and help develop team competencies through knowledge sharing.
Ensure timely delivery of services to customers (Field Service / Warranty / Parts).
Track and ensure timely submission of field engineers timesheets expenses and reports.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.
Expertise with dispatch tools and immigration processes.
Experience coordinating with customers suppliers subcontractors and site teams.
Willingness to travel as required.
Basic knowledge of programming techniques and languages.
Strong command of MS Office with ability to run data queries and reports.
