What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients associates and visitors by following security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors entrances loading areas parking areas and the perimeter to help to discourage unwanted activity and identify potential hazards or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents alarms and requests for assistance in a calm problem-solving manner including addressing disturbances handling trespass issues and coordinating with site leadership as needed.
• Monitor customer and employee traffic observe for suspicious behavior and report concerns according to post orders including completing incident reports and shift logs.
• Support loss prevention and store operations by maintaining a visible presence providing directions and customer assistance and communicating information to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
