Job Description: Help Desk Technician at Protocall Services
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for employees experiencing IT issues
- Installing and configuring computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners
- Responding to inquiries via phone email or in-person and resolving technical problems efficiently
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate IT support teams
- Maintaining accurate records of technical issues and solutions
- Assisting in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems hardware and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk support role
- Certifications in relevant IT fields is a plus
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $40/hour
- Maximum Salary: $50/hour
