Job Summary

Job Description: Help Desk Technician at Protocall Services

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for employees experiencing IT issues
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners
  • Responding to inquiries via phone email or in-person and resolving technical problems efficiently
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate IT support teams
  • Maintaining accurate records of technical issues and solutions
  • Assisting in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk support role
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields is a plus
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $40/hour
  • Maximum Salary: $50/hour
  • Currency: USD
